The first TV spot to tease the upcoming James Bond film ‘SPECTRE’ was broadcast on ABC television in the USA last night during the NBA Finals in June.
A 20 second television spot was launched in September.
A few days later in September, a third TV spot was broadcast.
In October, just weeks before the film’s release date, a slew of new TV spots hit the channels. This time the focus was on Christoph Waltz’s character and his relationship with Bond.
Sony Pictures and MGM released five new TV spots for advertising the film in the US and Canada on 17th October. The first four were centered around the relationship between the leading lady Madeleine Swann and Bond, whereas the final new spot is based on the pre-titles sequence in Mexico City.
Three new TV spots were released on October 21st featuring fresh footage from “SPECTRE’ as well as some interesting variations on the music.
