Talk of 'Skyfall' trailer sees tweets and sites go dark

Skyfall - 22-04-12
According to a few tipsters who were attending the 'Summer of Sony 4 Spring Edition' event held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, a few days ago, snippets from the teaser trailer for the new James Bond film "Skyfall" was shown ahead of a screening of "Men In Black 3", which will also host the 007 trailer when it hits cinemas late next month.

As all the attendees were sworn to secrecy, tweets and blogs about the "Skyfall" trailer have been removed in swift order. Media journalist Rajeev Masand (@RajeevMasand) was spotted by Bond fans and retweeted before he quickly withdrew his comments.

Brazilian media outlet 'BOL' also ran a "Skyfall" report which gave some details about the trailer and has subsequently been removed.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Emma Stone, Jessica Biel, Andrew Garfield, Jamie Foxx and other stars attend press conferences and photocalls for upcoming Sony Pictures releases. None of the "Skyfall" team were in attendance as filming is still ongoing, but the principals spoke to the audience in Cancun from a video link in the UK.
