'Casino Royale' top rated broadcast in Spain last weekend

Casino Royale - 01-12-13
It may be seven years old, and sitting on the shelf of almost every Bond fan, but views in their thousands tuned in to a terrestrial free-to-air broadcast of "Casino Royale" in Spain last weekend.

Spanish channel Antena 3 grabbed 15.9% of the nations eyeballs, with an estimated 2,540,000 audience, and the highest rated broadcast of the weekend in the country.

This should be welcome news to ITV in the UK, who splashed out for new broadcast rights for the entire James Bond back-catalogue to be shown on British screens again after Sky grabbed the rights in 2012.
