The Vanquish Super GT and Vanquish Volante have been met with great demand and Aston Martin are reporting a U-Turn in their financial success. Revinue is reportedly up 13% to 519 million and profits to 85 million.

"We will, in the next few years, be implementing the biggest investment programme in our 101-year history, preparing the ground for new and exciting products in the future," said CFO Hanno Kirner.

The company has already signed a deal with Mercedes-Benz that will have the German carmakers supply engines to the UK-based sports car manufactures.

At the launch of the Bond in Motion exhibition in London, 007 producers hinted that Bond would be behind the wheel of a new Aston Martin in Bond 24. The film starts shooting later this year.
