PRESS RELEASE:The Strathallan is excited to announce it has been selected to host the North American premiere of the new, highly-anticipated James Bond film on November 3. Spectre, the twenty-fourth in the James Bond series, is not scheduled to open publicly in theaters until November 6.
�This will be Bollinger�s first and largest premiere of the film in the country,� said Joshua Miles, Food and Beverage Operator of the Strathallan Hotel. �We are thrilled to have been chosen to host the event and to provide guests an experience they will not soon forget.�
Bollinger Champagne, a brand that has become synonymous with James Bond, holds events in large markets to celebrate the release of a new Bond film. This year, Rochester year will join New York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington, and Miami in the celebration. Through the years, these parties have developed a reputation for their lavish style and attention to Bond-detail.
The black-tie-suggested event will begin at the George Eastman Museum�s Peristyle with a pre-party that�s fit for the stars, complete with a red carpet, fine hors d'oeuvres, and of course, Bollinger Champagne. Guests will then be invited into Eastman�s Dryden Theatre to be the first in America to view the film.
After the credits roll, guests will be transported in style back to the Strathallan Hotel for the after party � Bond-style. A whiskey bar, cigar rolling, ice sculptures, and live music are just a few of the evening�s highlights.
Tickets to the premiere cost $200 and include food, drinks, private screening, transportation, and service. A limited number of tickets are still available and can be purchased online at strathallan.bigcartel.com.
