‘Star Wars’ narrowly beats ‘SPECTRE’ for top film at the UK box-office

‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ has narrowly pipped the 24th James Bond film ‘SPECTRE’ to the title of biggest film at the UK box-office in 2015.

As of December 31st, ‘Star Wars’ had earned £94.06m beating ‘SPECTRE’s £93.5m during their time in cinemas in 2015.

‘Skyfall’ still holds the record of the UK’s highest-grossing film of all time with £103m in 2012.
