Casino Royale reshoots filming at Pinewood this weekend

Casino Royale - 04-08-06
According to tipsters, some minor reshoots for Casino Royale will take place at Pinewoood Studios in the next couple of days.

It is usual for a James Bond film to require some reshoots or for some additional inserts to be filmed after principal photography is wrapped and the edit process is underway.

Back in 1997, the production of "Tomorrow Never Dies" recalled actor Gotz Otto (Stamper) for some additional inserts required for the final battle scene following an early cut of the film.

The nature of the Casino Royale reshoot is not known.

Last weekend, the famous 007 Stage was destroyed by fire, but filming on the Venice set had been completed some days beforehand.
