David Arnold confirmed as Bond 22 composer |

David Arnold has confirmed he is composing the score for the 22nd James Bond film, due out November 7th 2008.
The news was announced via his official site: "David will be scoring the next Bond film, working alongside Marc Forster and everyone at Eon Productions."
Bond 22 will be Arnold's fifth consecutive 007 outing, having previous scored "Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997), "The World Is Not Enough" (1999), "Die Another Day" (2002) and "Casino Royale" (2002).
David Arnold fans will be please to hear that he has scored a Channel 4 comedy pilot for a show called 'Bitter and Twisted'. The show airs as part of a new Friday night comedy slot on the UK Channel, Channel 4. The show stars Steven Mangan and Tony Head.
After this David starts on the score to "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People", a comedy directed by Bob Weide (Curb Your Enthusiasm) and starring Simon Pegg, Jeff Bridges and Kirsten Dunst. The film will be released in 2008.
David will also be scoring the third Narnia film, "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" for Disney/Walden and directed by Michael Apted , with whom David has scored three films ("The World is Not Enough", "Enough" and "Amazing Grace")
David is currently putting the finishing touches to the BBC Electric Proms event with the Kaiser Chiefs which will take place for one night only at Londons Roundhouse on October 26th and will be broadcast on BBC2 the same evening.
