`Never Say Never Again` to be broadcast on UK television tonight

Media Alert - 18-08-03
Sean Connery`s unofficial James Bond film "Never Say Never Again" will be shown in UK television tonight. It will mark the end of ITV`s recent "Monday Night Bond" season.

The Kevin McClory "Thunderball" remake competed against Roger Moore`s official Eon Productions film "Octopussy" in 1983. One of the few highlights is Rowan Atkinson`s brief appearence as Bond`s bungling contact - much in the same vein as his "Johnny English" character.

MGM now own the rights to what was a Sony film, in an exchange deal that saw all Spiderman rights given to the rival studio.
