Mexico Filming (1)

22nd March 2015

Daniel Craig was in action on the rooftops of Mexico City as SPECTRE filming went full speed this weekend

Daniel Craig was hopping from balcony to roof tops high above a recreated Day of the Dead festival in Mexico City for 'SPECTRE' filming on Saturday 21st March 2015.

The day began with a stunt double practicing for the cameras before Craig himself strapped on the safety harness and hopped over the railing about a hundred feet above the street. The former Senate building in in the city was used for the rooftop action.

The scene will open the pre-credits sequence to the film. Craig wore a slim fit dark blue two-piece suit with navy tie and white pocket square for the sequence, and had a prop automatic weapon over his shoulder.

Local reports claim that actress Stephanie Sigman will take part in scenes filmed at the Hotel México next. More than 30 local police have been tasked with keeping the location secure ahead of the shoot.
