Lea Seydoux will be the first actress to return as a Bond Girl for over 50 years

Léa Seydoux will become the first actress to play the same Bond Girl in two James Bond films in over fifty years if reports about her coming back for Bond 25 prove accurate.
Regular and reliable Bond tipster Baz Bamigboye of the Daily Mail today revealed that the 33-year old French actress, who played Dr. Madeleine Swann in the last 007 adventure 'SPECTRE', will feature in the follow-up film Bond 25, which is due to start filming in March 2019 after delays.
The news came directly from director Cary Joji Fukunaga, who (along with Daniel Craig) wanted her back for the next story.
Fukunaga also confirmed that MI6 regulars Ralph Fiennes, Ben Wishaw, and Naomie Harris will all be back for Bond 25. It will be the third film for the M, Q, and Moneypenny actors following their debut in 'Skyfall'. 'You have some of the best actors in the world here,' Fukunaga said. 'Why wouldn't I have the best coming back?!'
The only other actress to have played the same Bond Girl character in more than one film was Eunice Gayson who appeared as Sylvia Trench in 'Dr. No' and 'From Russia With Love'. Other actresses have appeared in more than one film (most notably Maud Adams), but have played different characters.
UPDATE: December 7th, 2018
Variety today confirmed Seydoux's return through a 'source,' but went on to expand that, "besides Seydoux, EON is looking for two other actresses — one would play an MI6 agent who works with Bond and another a mystery women — as well as the Bond villain. According to insiders, Rami Malek was being eyed for the villain role, but his schedule on the last season of “Mr. Robot,” which shoots from March through July, makes it unlikely that he will be able to take the gig, even if EON offered him the part."
