Whilst Daniel Craig and Bérénice Marlohe were walking the red carpet in Berlin, Naomie Harris and producer Michael G. Wilson were on a diplomatic mission to Istanbul - thanking the city for their contribution to "Skyfall" with a lavish premiere event held on 30th October. The event was staged at Istanbul's Kanyon Shopping Mall and a small crowd turned out to meet the stars. Wilson spent time with the fans whilst Harris posed for a photo call before the stars and the guests adjourned to the theatre. Since the 23rd 007 film opened across Europe (starting with the UK on 26th October), Turkey has felt a noticeable increase in tourist enquiries. "Skyfall" showcases the famous rooftops and the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul, as well as the more rural and rugged landscapes of southern Turkey as the film's second unit shot extensively in Adana.
