MGM Home Entertainment today went some way to confirming
the timescale for the remaining two region 1 DVD box sets.
The first "blue box" set came out in November
2002, and featured Dr. No", "Goldfinger",
"The Man With The Golden Gun", "The Spy Who
Loved Me", "Licence To Kill", "GoldenEye"
and "Tomorrow Never Dies".
Unlike the rest of the world, the DVDs are not available
separately in region 1, and American and Canadian fans have
been left in the dark as to when they can expect to complete
their collection - a matter not helped by the "Bond
Collection" trailer spliced onto the start of the new
"Die Another Day" DVD.
MI6 today received some further details about the release
schedule.
The two remaining box sets will "be available
on November 18th 2003".
A formal announcement will be made this Fall by MGM Home
Entertainment.
