Plot Teaser
“Bond fans know what they want. They want a modern
day Bond where 007 is what he was written as, Fleming’s
Bond. In that respect Bond really is back with this film.”
- Dan Cooper
The action starts in the snow capped mountains of the Alps. Under
the cover of darkness James Bond is back, masking his attack on
a weapons factory. In true Bond film style a dramatic action filled
Pre-credits sequence entails by Q-Board down the icy slopes cupped
with the destruction of the arms factory. Its mission successful
for her majesties greatest secret agent but 007 doesn’t
know how much this mission will come back to haunt him.
16 months later.
There’s a strike on a building in the dead of night destroying
the massive infrastructure to the ground. This is a show of power
but by whom? Its MI6 Headquarters, London. Suddenly a video link
up appears on M’s screen. The shattering voice of a ‘madman’
rings out calling for an agent handover. Just to add substance
to his case he orchestrates yet another show of power, the destruction
of Vauxhall Bridge as M sees from her very office. He bargains
with M. An agent for the calling off of any more attacks, a small
price to save the world. That agent is Bond…James Bond.
“Excuse my explosive temper M but maybe now you will
take me a little more seriously.”- Villain
In a fierce act of service betrayal, MI6 agree to hand Bond over
and he is arrested immediately. A suspenseful handover takes place
as the two sides standoff across what few feet separate supposed
good and evil. Bond is left for handover but he has other plans.
In one swift strike he’s up and away, being hunted by both
sides over the baron landscape. He reaches the ragged cliffs of
the coast, both sides approaching rapidly. He takes his chances
and bides for his freedom leaving his captors thinking he’s
left for dead.
Driven to his limits, Bond ends up in Spain, his organisation
against him. As far as they see he has betrayed them and world
peace for his own freedom but he sees differently. He doesn’t
think the attacks will stop when he is handed over and would prefer
to stop it himself, working on the outside. Not everyone agrees.
As the villain sets his henchman, Harmer out to find Bond, MI6
send their very own top agent out to retrieve Bond. Her name is
Abby Allgood. Bond spends his time in Spain avoiding both sides.
He meets an unlikely ally in the shape of Gregorio Vershaft who
sets him up with a contact that can lead him to Milner. The deal,
in a homage to Bond classic Goldfinger is that Bond has to win
a tension filled golf match for the meeting place. With the help
of Vershaft he wins the match and goes for dinner with his contact
that ends up brutally murdered. Bond gives chase after the assassin
on the most unlikely forms of transport during a action and tension
filled chase but its not enough and they get away.
The next day Bond drops in on an Arms Auction as told by his
tip off but he isn’t interested in bidding. Instead he finds
out who the villain is. An old enemy he thought was dead long
ago, Augustus Milner. The very man he thought he’d killed
in the explosion in the Alps. Now, severely scarred he’s
out for revenge using threats to get at Bond, to get the revenge
he has been waiting for so long. The purchase he makes, a submarine
torpedo. Bond has to check it out.
“I take it that’s not a welcome back party.”-
Bond
“More of a good bye squad.”- Allgood
He makes for the cliffs where suspicious activity has been reported.
There he meets someone he’d rather not have. Its Abby Allgood.
She’s not interested in any of Bond’s womanising advances
and it looks like Bond is set to be handed over. In a fierce exchange
of words Bond manages to spare himself sometime and gets Allgood
where he knows he can really effect her, her ranking on being
the best. At the last minute she escapes with Bond out of MI6’s
grips and begin together to go after Milner.
“You’d better debrief me.”- Allgood
“Undercover of course.” - Bond
“It’s about time you filled me in.”- Allgood
The two go all out in a bid to stop the villain. After dropping
in on Milner’s castle they are captured and Bond is forced
to go into an all out battle with the villain who has been training
for the past sixteen months for this very moment. It all becomes
very clear to Bond that this is about revenge. Bond’s power
manages to overwhelm Milner no matter how hard he’s been
training and Bond returns victorious at which he uses the opportunity
to escape.
Bond and Allgood return to MI6 and don’t exactly receive
a welcome back. The trust that has been built up between M and
Bond over the years has been shattered but is just enough for
M to let Bond and Allgood have one last attempt at stopping Milner.
In a last ditch bid the two race to stop Milner who is now armed
with a submarine and torpedo. His plan: to fire a series of torpedoes
at the cliffs of Southern Spain causing a huge avalanche of rock
capable of causing a series of synchronized ripples that would
form a huge tsunami capable of mass destruction.
“I have a perfect mission completion history.”-
Allgood
“That could be about to change.”- Bond
Will Bond be able to save the beginning of the end…
“You see Mr. Bond, words are the new weapons.”
- Milner
“I find bullets speak louder than words..” - Bond
