"Everything Or Nothing" Bond Game
Announced
9th May 2003
Electronic Arts have named their next title in the highly profitable
007 game franchise - James Bond 007 will return in "Everything
Or Nothing".
The game, which follows hot on the heels of "NightFire",
will be previewed at the upcoming E3
Expo from May 14th to May 16th 2003 at the Los Angeles Convention
Centre.
The title "Everything Or Nothing" is often rumoured
to be the true meaning of EON Productions (the producers
of the Bond movies), but this is often rebutted.
In a press release, developers and publishers EA said,
"Everything Or Nothing" will be the most complex
Bond game yet, full of excitement and intrigue. All-new
scenarios and gameplay will complement a completely original
storyline that delivers all-out Bond-style intensity.

As MI6 tipped last month,
the latest game will be set in the third perspective, much like
the popular Tomb Raider games. The new style breaks from the last
two games produced by EA - "Agent Under Fire" and "NightFire"
which were both first-person perspective shooters.
EA boast the game will feature a large variety of missions, filled
with furious action and stealth, gorgeous women, classic villains,
exotic locales, and sophisticated spy-craft gadgetry that Bond
fans expect.
Three-times Bond movie writer Bruce
Feirstein will be penning the lines for the game's cast. In
a statement given to MI6 he said, "Electronic Arts and
Danjaq have come up with a terrific story, along with cutting
edge graphics and game play that I'm certain will entertain, intrigue,
and amaze not only fans of James Bond, but all game players."
The disappointing news is that the PC platform will once again
be overlooked. "NightFire" for PC-CDROM came under criticism
that it did not live up to its console counterparts, after much
anticipation following the console-only release of "Agent
Under Fire" and the scrapping of "The World Is Not Enough"
for PC owners.
Buyers of the "Die Another
Day" Special Edition Region 1 (USA) DVD will get a sneak
peak at "Everything Or Nothing" in an exclusive special
feature when the 2-disc set is released on June 3rd 2003.
James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing
