Together Again

Since Bond left the BMW fold after "The World Is Not Enough", the world's most famous `secret` agent is back in a car with the same badge that graced the world's most famous car - the Aston Martin DB5. Official confirmation on the model is not available yet, but Bond is likely to be behind the wheel of the V12 Vanquish once again. The car which starred in "Die Another Day" also featured in the last two games: "Agent Under Fire" and "NightFire". As Aston Martin's latest development - the AM305 Vantage - will not go into production until 2005, the likelihood is that Q will have to wait until his next cinematic adventure (Bond 21) before testing the new model out.

Porsche Placement "Die Another Day" came under criticism for milking product placement (the production costs of over $100m was covered by the sponsorship deals before filming had even started), and it appears to be rearing its head in the game world too. In "Everything or Nothing", Bond will get behind the wheel of... Wait for it... An SUV. Right: Porsche Cayenne SUV

007 in a sports utility vehicle? Indeed, although not just any SUV. Q-Branch are at least doing the decent thing and equipping their field agents with the top of the range model - a Porsche Cayenne. The all-wheel drive, 4.5 litre, twin turbocharged V8 engine rated at 450 horsepower delivers 0-60mph performance in 5.6 seconds. Q-Branch should have little work to do, except fitting the usual optional extras. In the game Bond uses the SUV to run and gun heavies, although the action is unlikely to be at the Cayenne's top speed of 180 mph

Best of British

Without the BMW Cruiser R 1200 from "Tomorrow Never Dies" available, who does 007 turn to for two wheel transport? The developers chose to follow the same route as the film producers took with the four-wheel dilemma since the BMW licence expired, and have chosen the best British manufacturer to equip 007. Triumph carries one of the oldest and most famous names in the motorcycle industry with a heritage dating back to 1902. The company now designs and produces the latest models from a new base in Hinckley, Leicestershire - only a stones throw from where it all began in Coventry over a century ago.

Official confirmation on which model 007 will be riding in "Everything or Nothing" is not available yet, but it is likely to be one of the top of the range model from the three categories of motorcycle Triumph currently produce. They are: the Trophy 1200 from the Touring range, the Thunderbird Sport from the Classic range, and the TT 600 from the Sports range.
