Multiplayer Mayhem
Following the MI6 E3 report last week, EA have released
screenshots giving the first peek at the four player deathmatch
multiplayer modes in "From Russia With Love".
For the first time since "NightFire", players
will be able to deathmatch against each other in traditional
split-screen style, reminiscent of the classic "GoldenEye
64". Although "Everything or Nothing" featured
a Co-Op mode, "From Russia With Love" will be
the first Bond game to offer four-player action in third-person
perspective.

player deathmatch multiplayer mode.
Video Report
If you did not make it to E3 this year in Los Angeles, worry not,
as the three videos below will give you a good taste of what was
on show. The three different levels featured third-person roaming
and the much hyped Jetpack, which was very easy to control in
the demo.
Belgrade
James Bond must infiltrate a facility set in the snowy foothills
near Belgrade. The mission seems simple enough, place a bomb
and escape - but countless goons are laying in wait for 007.
London
The Prime Minister's daughter is kidnapped and James Bond
is on the scene to rescue her. Starting off on foot, the action
swiftly moves to the skies as 007 takes on fellow jetpack-equipped
goons and the hostage taking helicopter.
Zurich
A warehouse in Zurich needs investigating and 007 takes along
his jetpack for some airborne action. Stocked with 1960's
cars and even a smelting equipment, the temperature rises
when Bond lets rip with guns blazing.
Note: All video was shot at the E3 Expo show.
The footage above is in-game action, but the video quality displayed
here is significantly lower than the actual game graphics due
to indirect filming. Many thanks to Young from Insidazone Media.
Development of "From Russia
With Love" will take place at EA Redwood studios (USA)
and will ship in October/November 2005 on Microsoft
Xbox, Sony PlayStation
2 and Nintendo
GameCube. Versions for Nintendo DS and Sony PSP are
yet to be officially confirmed.
Stay tuned to MI6 for the latest unrivalled coverage
of "From Russia With
Love" (VG) starring Sean Connery as James Bond
007.
