Mr. Chang is
a hotel manager in Hong Kong, where Bond stays after he flees the MI6 briefing
after his release from North Korea.
Chang works undercover for Chinese intelligence.
Ally to James Bond.
Biography
Little known
actor Ho Yi, had his big break in "Spy Game" (2001) where he played
the Chinese prison warden opposite Brad Pitt and Robert Redford.
His other
films of note include "The Secret Laughter of Women" (1999) and "Victory"
(1995).
