Bond bound for Macau plus other rumours confirmed (spoilers)

Skyfall - 12-04-12
Amongst the various media invited to witness the shooting of "Skyfall" on set at Pinewood Studios was movie website Coming Soon. Thanks to their report, a number of rumours and tidbits can be cleared up.

James Bond will spend time in Macau as well as Shanghai in "Skyfall" - although none of the principal cast and crew journeyed to the Chinese cities.

Javier Bardem, who to date has been confirmed as the lead villain and whose character name (Silva) was leaked in a series of documents that made their way onto E-bay, has been confirmed as playing Raoul Silva.

Ralph Fiennes' character, seen in a series of photos released to print and web this week has been confirmed as "M's boss", Mallory.

Finally, it has been well known that Bond and his entourage have been shooting on location in London to capture an action sequence in a tube station: as BBC footage suggested, and Coming Soon have confirmed, part of this sequence was recreated at Pinewood's 007 Stage.
