Screenwriter John Logan spoke to Hedy Weiss of the Chicago Sun Times about his collaboration with Sting on his new musical 'The Last Ship'.
Asked about what his future holds, Logan was candid about his choice of project, and has probably rules out more feature film work.
Logan
signed to write Bond 24 (2015) and Bond 25, with the draft of the former already going through to pre-production. Could he be off Bond 25? If not, it certainly sounds like it would be his third and last outing with 007.
"As I look forward, and look at the work I've done, you know the big movies - the Bond's and things like that - are increasingly less interesting to me. I feel I really have done that. I've walked in that world long enough. But the theater always fascinates me, and it always has since I was 7, and television - which is also brand new to me - is also fascinating. So, if I had to look in to the future, I imagine I would be doing theater and TV almost exclusively.
