"Die Another Day" DVD
Coverage
March 2003
MGM have officially announced the details of the "Die
Another Day" DVD. Details of the special features previously published on
MI6 have proven accurate, although the Region 1 DVD differs by not including the
"From Script To Screen" documentary. The packaging features a
card outer-sleeve which houses the traditional DVD case (art work varies internationally)
and an attractive gatefold collectable booklet featuring portraits of the main
characters. The inner-jacket has a reverse design in the style of the existing
007 Special Edition series. The "Die Another Day" DVD will also
be the first ever Bond adventure to be released as a 2-disc set. The first disc
will contain the film with optional audio commentaries and an on screen trivia
track with seamless integration to 19 behind the scenes featurettes. The second
disc will be crammed with special features, documentaries and behind-the-scenes
footage. DVD
Answers are reporting that a bonus easter-egg feature called "Hi Jinx!"
will be hidden on the disc, where you can watch Halle Berry emerge from the sea
from multiple angles. Visit DVD

Official Synopsis James Bonds newest mission begins with
a spectacular high-speed hovercraft chase through a minefield in the demilitarised
zone separating North and South Korea - and the action doesnt let up until
the credits roll.
From Hong Kong to Cuba to London, Bond circles the world
in his quest to unmask a traitor and prevent a war of catastrophic proportions. On
his way he crosses paths with Jinx (Oscar ®-winner Halle Berry) and Miranda
Frost (Rosamund Pike), who will play vital roles in his latest adventure.
Hot
on the trail of deadly megalomaniac Gustav Graves (Toby Stephens) and his ruthless
right-hand man Zao (Rick Yune), Bond travels to Iceland into the villains
lair: a palace built entirely of ice. There he experiences firsthand the power
of a new hi-tech weapon.
Ultimately it all leads to an explosive confrontation
- and an unforgettable conclusion - back in Korea where it all started.
