The real-life 'AU1' licence plate, as seen on Auric Goldfinger's Rolls-Royce Phantom III in the 1964 film, is now up for sale.
Prospective buyers may have to smelt some ill-gotten gold to afford it though: the seller is asking £300,000 to transfer ownership.
The plate is being sold through UK vanity plate specialist Primo Registrations.
For some perspective, two-letter, single-digit plates tend to sell for between £100,000 and £500,000.
