20-Aug-2021 • No Time To Die
'No Time To Die' has been delayed in Australia and New Zealand.
The 25th James Bond film was scheduled to be released in both countries on September 30th, the same day as the UK. The release has now been punted to November 11th, but this is by no means certain.
Due to Delta variant outbreaks of COVID-19, both countries have enacted lockdowns which put the release in doubt. In Australia, the lockdown in Sydney has been extended until the end of September and the NSW government is also rolling out curfews. In New Zealand, a snap lockdown across the country was expected to end in a week, but cases are being discovered outside of the initial Auckland epicenter.
As of the time of publication, the official sites for Universal Pictures in Australia and New Zealand still list the September 30th date.
