Gypsy Camp Preview
As part of their "Directors Cut" ethos, EA will be breathing new life into the classic movie scenes from the 1963 film "From Russia With Love" for their latest 007 videogame.

One of the most memorable scenes from the movie is when 007 gets to witness a fight between two gypsy girls.

Kerim Bey: "Two girls are in love with the chief's son, have threatened to kill each other. They're going to settle it the gypsy way."

The cat fight is interrupted by the violent arrival of Krilencu's men, who set about laying waste to the settlement amid much gunfire and struggling with knives. Red Grant is lurking nearby and shoots any man who looks like he might be about to kill Bond.

With Bond's help, the gypsies manage to fight off the Bulgars and Bond is hailed a hero. In return he asks that the girl fight be stopped and they agree, but only if Bond decides the winner. That night, the women visit Bond in his quarters.

EA have expanded the scene with a variety of sub-missions, including covering Kerim as he takes on the intruders, retrieving gas masks, and rescuing hostages.

Development of "From Russia With Love" will take place at EA Redwood studios (USA) and will ship in November 2005 on Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation 2 and Nintendo GameCube. Versions for Nintendo DS and Sony PSP are yet to be officially confirmed.
